Accelerometer

An accelerometer is an electromechanical device that measures the acceleration of forces such as static and dynamic. By measuring the static acceleration the accelerometer can find the angle in which a device (such as the wii remote) is tilited at with respects to earth. It measure the dynamic acceleration to find out how a device is moving. So in the wii remote an accelerometer is responsable for making the Wii know how one is moving the remote.
