Day 2: IR Sensors and Processing

Infrared Sensors, complimentary to the WiiMote, were made today, by replacing the normal LED inside mini-LED lights, with IR lights. This was done by soldering and unsoldering the lights from their respective components. The WiiMote utilizes the position of these 2 lights to find its angle and position – however the components that move can be interchanged; this way the WiiWhiteboard software, created by Johnny Lee, was able to to used.

Also, processing, a visual and animation program, was introduced via tutorials – the various parameters within the code could be modified to change the effect of the applications.
